Masters Intercultural Personnel Development and Communication Management
The master’s level degree in “Intercultural Personnel Development and Communication Management” (Interkulturelle Personalentwicklung und Kommunikationsmanagement) is a varied interdisciplinary program. Special emphasis in this major is placed upon the acquisition of both theoretical and practical understanding of personnel development. Students will gain knowledge and experience in the application of theoretical content in intercultural organizational communication. Graduates will furthermore be able to formulate and implement a number of interculturally relevant strategies in the fields of either human resource management or organisational communication.
Upon completion of this master’s study program, graduates will be capable of conceptualizing and executing appropriate models for a range of intercultural contexts within personnel development and communication management. Successful completion of this program will open further academic opportunities to graduates including doctoral study in a related field.
