About us

Intercultural Studies and Business Communications

Our Team consists of three Professors, 20 departmental and project employees and a core of approximately 15 part-time lecturers. The team unites researchers from different regions all over the world and from various fields of study; holders of degrees in Linguistics, Cultural Studies and Communications are represented as well as researchers and lecturers with a background in Didactics, Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration and Political Science.

This diversity of research socialisation supports the interdisciplinary and intercultural targets of our work, as well as the integration of our field within various national and transnational academic and university bodies. In the fields of both teaching and research we benefit from the practical experience of our occasional and part-time lecturers. They work mainly in leading positions at departments of human resources and organizational development in international companies and contribute substantially to the practical application of academic thought and ideas.
