Bachelor Intercultural Business Administration

The Bachelor’s minor subject Intercultural Business Communication is a fundamental interdisciplinary study program, which is carried out in cooperation between the Faculty of Philosophy and the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Jena. It complements the core bachelor study program with an application-oriented component oriented towards international professional goals. Aims of the minor subject are intercultural communication, understanding opportunities and challenges of intercultural interaction in international fields of work, the acquisition of knowledge in business administration and international management as well as the ability to successfully design intercultural and multilingual spaces in organisations. The degree program is limited to 160 beginners per year. Program starts in winter semester.
